Lindsay has always been deeply drawn to helping others. With a background in athletics and a lifelong passion for caring for people, she found massage therapy to be the perfect way to unite these two callings. Her personal experiences receiving care in multidisciplinary clinics have shown her the profound impact that holistic, integrated healthcare can have—and she brings that same philosophy to every session.
Her approach is rooted in the belief that healing involves the whole person, not just the site of discomfort. She blends a variety of techniques, including osteopathic approaches, trigger point therapy, craniosacral therapy, somatic exercises, and methods that support nervous system regulation. Her trauma-informed, inclusive practice is centered on creating a safe and respectful space where clients feel heard, understood, and at ease.
At our clinic, Lindsay’s work naturally complements chiropractic care—while chiropractic focuses on structural alignment, her massage treatments help release tension in the surrounding soft tissues and support nervous system balance. This collaborative, whole-body model addresses both structure and function for more lasting results.
Whether clients come in for pain relief, relaxation, or both, she tailors each treatment to meet their unique needs, aiming not only to ease discomfort but also to restore calm and support long-term well-being.

After receiving care from his coach, a chiropractor, he was amazed at how much better and stronger he felt. This experience sparked his interest in injury rehabilitation and led him to explore the field of chiropractic.
Dr. Sandhu earned his Bachelor’s in Kinesiology from the University of Fraser Valley. Following his mentor’s footsteps, he pursued his Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Palmer College of Chiropractic West, graduating in 2011. He has pursued extensive training in techniques such as Graston®, Active Release Techniques (ART®), and Webster Technique for pregnancy care.
